Lost all of my cards!!!

I had all of my cards scanned about a year ago and saved to this app. At the beginning of this year I got logged out of my account. When I try to log in i get a message that i will get an email, but i don’t receive it. It’s been over two weeks now when I cannot access my cards. Terrible experience!!!
