Everything is tip top! Only thing is missing from UX - Retry payment button, because one failed payment doesn’t mean that there is no money, and app assumes you should add new card, but in these times its not the case, so Retry would be nice feature.

So I was very excited to see the e-bikes and I read through a lot of promises I can actually use this app without a license for just the e-bike which is the only reason I’m here because for years I’ve wanted to use a simple e-bike/bike rental app (basically same easy way of usage as Bolt) but for bikes (for when my personal cycle is broken or unavailable and I need to get further rides)

I just am asked for a registration fee (ok that’s at least not 10€ so far straight up) but then HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RIDE THAT BIKE WHEN I DON’T HAVE THAT LICENSE???

Either make it separate or not include drivers license need at all then. Not happy here, all my joy has been crushed.

I do not recommend using this application, because scooters are sometimes not in the place indicated in the application. Scooters are damaged and do not go. Money is deducted from the account for nothing. A month and two weeks later, the 28e was removed from the account without warning me, as if there had been damage to the scooter. The pictures of the damage were taken in broad daylight and with visible autumn leaves in the background, even though the trip was at night and at the end of July.
