It works

These times you can only wish for things to just work and not annoy you with errors or ads. This app works and it’s enough for 5 stars.

Need possibility to add different users and banks.

I have accounts in Swedbank and Seb banks. I also have two debit cards for each account. In internet I can pay only with the one who is attached to Smart ID. If I need to pay from other I need to delete my profile and add a new one. Really? Guys come on outside now is 21st century !!!

But it works only if two accounts is attached to the same person, but if to the different?
Situation is like, I have SWEDBANK account and card and my mother in ho is 73 years old has SEB account and a card and a simple phone. Couple times per month she needs to make payments and I can’t make these payments because otherwise it will affects the taxes afterwards. So I need to switch the accounts in SMART-ID.
I just opened the account in Citadele and card.
Thanks for the answer, just I didn’t ask exact what I needed.

Horrendous app

If by any chance you happen to lose your old phone, prepare for a nerve wrecking time when trying to set up your new device, you will go through a loop of “confirming your ID” in your previous phone ????? Seems very unfair just to go through all that when you just want to check YOUR money.
You would think that at this technologically advanced era they could provide users with a simple and reliable service but that’s CERTAINLY N O T the case here.

Hello. We are sorry to hear you had issues with registering a new account. If you lose your phone and get a new device, then you will need to start registering a new account. Once you get to the part where you need to authenticate your contact data (if you chose biometric identification), then choose SMS or e-mail, not existing Smart-ID account. It is the same if you choose an internet bank - you can't choose it if you don't have access to your old Smart-ID account.
