Lovely place, awful app
Lovely place, incredible food. Loved the app’s UI, bur UX is so tacky.
Had to redo ordering steps three times bcs after pressing the confirm button the order was being processed for more than 5 minutes. Rebooted the app to repeat the same steps of placing the order and confirming it.
I choose the delivery date as 29/08 but for some reason after the ordwr did get confirmed (without any notice) it was set for 30/08?
There is no cancel button, no bank details to proceed woth the payment in case of rhw automatic payment being failed.
Automatic payment from regular Visa also failed.
You can do better, it pains my heart to give the app such a low score, but functionality and speed is ao much more important than the styling.
I cannot use it - and that is vry sad.

We checked your issue with automatic payment, please contact your card emitter to allow usage of online recurring payments or use another debit/credit card.
We have confirmation screen for checking order data before order placement.
