The purpose of the "T-Online" application is to check the legality of financial organizations.

Verification of the legality of financial organizations:
All organizations providing financial services, including banks, non-bank credit organizations (NBCOs), non-governmental pension funds (NPFs), insurance companies (ICs), management companies (MCs), professional securities market participants (PSMPs) (including brokers, dealers, investment advisors), financial platform operators (FPOs) and other financial service operators, microfinance organizations (MFOs), cooperatives (housing construction cooperatives, credit consumer cooperatives, agricultural consumer cooperatives), pawnshops, credit history bureaus (CHBs), actuaries, and others, must obtain financial permission from the BOR to operate in the financial market. Depending on the type of organization, this may be either a license or inclusion in the registry or accreditation.

To check the legality of a financial organization in the market (existing licenses, types of activities), enter its name, address, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) or Primary State Registration Number (PSRN), registration number (for credit institutions and insurance companies), or license in the search bar of the application and click "Search."
For example, you enter "Тинькофф" in the search bar.
In the search results, "JSC Tinkoff Bank" appears. By clicking on the organization, you will see detailed information about its right to operate and a list of all the company's websites.

If you are unable to verify the information about the organization's license, accreditation, or inclusion in the registry based on the entered details, it is highly likely that the company operates without the necessary permission. Cooperating with such a company may result in the violation of your rights.
