Ужасный сервис. Terrible service.
Приезжают не туда и ждут чтобы отменили заказ, за дополнительную плату в размере 3 евро. Не адекватные и грубые водители, ездят очень не аккуратно. Время ожидания меняться постоянно. В поддержку невозможно дописаться. Если есть возможность используйте другие сервисы такси. Ни на один процент не рекомендую. They arrive in the wrong place and wait for the order to be canceled, for an additional fee of 3 euros. Not adequate and rude drivers, do not drive very carefully. The waiting time is constantly changing. It is impossible to add to the support. If possible, use other taxi services. I don't recommend it by one percent.
Not Safe
Lately I already had two cases when taxi driver is completely different person. The last one got creepy, he definitely was not the local driver that was indicated in the app and he started to call me and text me on WhatsApp, he also persistently watched me till I enter my house. So this unknown dude now knows my phone number and my home address. Am I feeling safe? NO! Will report this mess to police! Please people always report such cases to customer support. This nonsense should stop!
This app is an absolute joke
Run away from this app as fast as you can!
Waiting times are inadequate and inaccurate.
Drivers can cancel last moment (with no explanation) after making you wait for them for more than 10 minutes. But if you want to cancel due to long waiting time, you have to pay 3€ just for that.
Most of the time there aren’t even any taxis available.
Even if it is cheaper than Bolt, i strongly recommend you not to save a few Euros, but instead save your time and your nerves by choosing Bolt and getting to your destination on time.
I will delete this app and never come back!
