Waste of time
This is completely useless i just want to give my clothes for ironing and one of my friend suggested this and he invited me to join i joined I didn’t receive any discount like 5 € when I requested for pickup no one came to me and the order is cancelled and when i just called them they says they are here but there is no message or call from them seriously wasted my time

Было бы идеально, если бы вы упаковывали вещи после чистки хотя бы в пищевую пленку, а так все хорошо.

Спасибо за комментарий! Очень не обычно так как всегда либо в мешочек, либо в плёнке на вешалке отдаём, кроме случаев, когда клиент спрашивает в своём пакете вернуть. Извините за недоразумение.
