Приложение постоянно вылетает. После последнего обновления вообще не получается зайти в свой аккаунт. Об этой проблеме я писал еще пол года назад в саппорт, но так ничего и не изменилось в лучшую сторону.

Very bad service
Incompetent customer service and poor technical support for the app. In December 2023 I received a notification from weststein that I have to re-verify my identity within a month. On time submitted all copies of documents and my photo through their app and after some time found my account blocked. My emails were not answered, they wrote one email a day and ignored my questions. As a result, with difficulty after a long time, I was told that verification was done on my old card, which had long since expired. How it happened and what to do to prevent the situation from repeating, I was not answered until now. Horrible service, incompetent support, I will not recommend this platform categorically!
Некомпетентные специалисты по работе с клиентами и плохая техническая поддержка приложения. В декабре 2023 получил уведомление от weststein о том, что я должен пройти повторную верификацию личности в течение месяца. В срок предоставил все копии документов и свое фото через их приложение и через некоторое время обнаружил, что мой аккаунт заблокирован. На мои письма в чем дело, отвечали невпопад, писали по одному письму в день и игнорировали мои вопросы. В результате с трудом через продолжительное время, мне ответили, что верификация прошла на мою старую карту, у которой давно закончился срок годности. Как так получилось и что делать, чтобы ситуация не повторилась, мне не ответили до сих пор. Ужасный сервис, некомпетентная поддержка, не посоветую эту платформу категорически!
