Super service
Awesome service for those who do not have vehicles and want a big grocery delivery, good also for those who want delivery from restaurants just for convenience or if they can’t leave the house. Staff behind the scenes at Wolt are always responsive helpful and friendly on the support chat.
Suggestion
I love this app. Every tired human being on friday evening loooooves it more than life.
I want to suggest an update maybe.
1)I would love if there would be option to choose ONLY from restaraunts that⁉️ DO deliver to your location. Srsly, why i would be interested in food that doesnt come to my apartment?
2)And it is very sad and dissatisfying when you pick up foods from restaraunt, your favourote, you are so happy and warmed that you will be eating them soon, uou go to payment and restaraunt has closed while you were processing payment. I had this issue with four restaraunts in row and i was about to cry that im not gonna get Food ive chosen and my enjoyment will be canceled. This issue is really dissatisfiyng and makes me think wheter next time im gonna choose sth it is going to be canceled and my mouth full of saliva will be flushed away with anger.
It would be aewome if people who have confirmed order and IS paying would not be canceled, maybe make some ⁉️timer for restaraunts that when chef is clicking closing button, person who has confirmed his order and processes payment is not being canceled.
technical problems.
The app is terrible! I used to have an account registered with my phone number, mainly using a different app that suited me well. However, when my favorite restaurants stopped collaborating with it, I remembered the Wolt app. It's not surprising that I can't recall how I initially registered, whether through Apple ID or Facebook – both give an "unexpected error." I tried using email and Google, but it worked until it asked for my phone number, claiming I already have an account. Why can't I log in or create a new one? Finally, attempting to register a payment card on another account (a friend's) resulted in the same error! This is an unacceptable situation. In addition, I'll say the interface is also unpleasant to use. But one could overlook all of that if the app had additional features.
