Description

Base-Chess is a chess database for the ambitious or professional chess player. All games, player or event information can be saved within the database. With the assistance of manifold search or presentation functions the contained data can be retrieved and analysed. The number of storable data is only limited by the available space in the commercial version.

BBase-Chess includes a multitude of interesting features:

- intuitive entering of games
- easy navigation through variations and comments within games
- identical players and events are saved only once
- fast search for games base on user defined game positions even when using large databases
- automatic classification of games by well known classification schemes (ECO or NIC) or self-made opening classification systems
- display of all existing next moves including the final game results from a defined game position taking user entered filters into account
- display of all existing following moves in tabular form from a defined game position taking user entered filters into account
- storage of historical ratings
- analysis of overall performance of selected player
- analysis of player's performance related to game classifications
