Zahara is all about managing costs across an Organization. Teams can create spend requests that follow an agreed approval workflow. Vendors can receive purchase orders automatically saving admin time and effort.

With this app, buyers can create spend requests easily and also make buying at trade counters easily. Generate a PO number in an instance and take photos of the paperwork so the finance team has an instant visual of incoming spend.

Batch approval - we have added the ability to multi select documents and then batch approve. Just make a long press on any document to reveal the check boxes.
GRN - You can now receipt decimals amounts
Expenses - we have added in a currency calculation now for expense lines that are not in the native currency of the user.
Orders - We have added tags to the order list views so you can now see the status
Approvals - the default approval tab is now invoices
