21/90 Coach is a holistic blended care personal training platform.

21/90 is a term to describe a proven method of reaching personal goals more efficiently:
It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, and 90 days to form a lifestyle.

We combined this with a scientific sports concept used by elite-level athletes worldwide to achieve their athletic, strength, and fitness goals, maximize their performance and recovery, and to prevent injuries.

Every single athlete or trainee is provided with a real, human coach.
We took classic, one-on-one personal training to the next level as a Blended Care Personal Training approach.
The 21/90 app is a platform to work with your coach. From in-person, one-on-one training to remote personal training through app based audio/video/text communication to access your individual program and workouts.
