Unsatisfied customer
They have a bad customer service:
1- they don’t have a customer service email they is only a chat
2- if you have a problem with your order they will not even check what’s the problem is or try to contact the delivery company. They will not help or try to solve the problem.
Service client horrible
J’ai eu une expérience horrible avec le service client Asos qui refuse de me rembourser pour des produits que je n’ai pas reçu. Je n’ai pas été contacté par l’agence de livraison et pourtant ils ont marqué que la commande a été livrée, je contactais le service client pendant des semaines pour m’aider à retrouver ma commande mais ils n’ont pas pu m’aider disant qu’ils ne se chargent pas de la livraison et ils doivent contacter le service concerné qui d’ailleurs ne repond pas, apres 3mois ils reviennent vers moi avec le numéro de tracking, refusent de me rembourser et j’ai du payer une somme astronomique comme frais de magasinage.
