At Ground Control mixed martial arts academy, we teach MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai, boxing and fitness. Ground Control is a place where people of all ages and fitness levels work as a team to achieve their goals in physical and mental excellence through martial arts and fitness. Everyone is here to help and encourage each other to set and achieve their goals. It does not matter if you just want to come in, have fun, and relieve the stress that life brings your way, or if your goal is to lose 20 lbs., Ground Control will get you there.
