CUSTOMERS BE AWARE THEY SCAM YOU

This is so far the worst experience of my life. I subscribed for a fitness plan, at checkout they tricked me to add other features I didn’t know I will pay for because they don’t mention this on the website nor how much I will be charged. I paid around $100 when I was planning to pay just around $20 for the fitness plan I choose. However, I said it’s okay I will still take advantage of this. THEY DIDN’T GIVE ME THE EXTRA FEATURES I PAID FOR. Also the exercises are very poor and the overall fitness experience wasn’t very good. I stopped using the app in around 2 weeks. I still had around 2.5 months to go but I was done with it. THEN HERE COMES THE CHOKING PART I was automatically charged for another $100 when the first subscription has ended (that I haven’t even used!!!) they didn’t send me an email before charging me to remind me of the payment that I totally forgot. The worse part is when I contacted support requesting a refund of the second payment since I didn’t and I won’t use the app, they refused saying that I don’t fill in some bull*hit request policies. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS APP DON’T LET THEM SCAM YOU WITH SOME COLORS AND BEAUTIFUL APP DESIGN AND SOME DREAM BODY POP TALK. WASTE OF MONEY
