Extremely slow
Very very slow for minimal changes and effects unless you pay .

Hi! We are truly sorry for your experience with the app. Our application requires a stable Wi-Fi connection, so the loading of effects and filters without it can be slow. Also, do not forget to switch off the VPN if you are using any. You can always contact us from the Help Center or via support@prequelapp.com and we will give you a hand!
Theft.
"Free trial and pay after a week" and you charged me money from my card at the beginning of the free trial? Totally unacceptable.
Update: No I didn't used the free trial days, that's the thing, I was charged the second I accepted the free trial, I didn't use the app and I deleted it within the hour of downloading it.
Normally I should get charged when the free trial ends and I choose to keep the subscription.

Hi! Still, this situation may have happened if you've already used the free trial days. For the sake of fairness, we can offer the free period only once per account. You can check whether you've used your trial before via your Apple ID account: 1. Open App Store. 2. Click on your account icon in the upper right corner of the screen. 3. Choose Purchases. 4. Find Prequel. You will be able to see the date of the very first installation of the app. Please note, the exact price and date of the first charge is always shown by Apple on the system pop-up (on which you approve the subscription with a double click on the side button and with your Face ID). So that users have the possibility not to confirm the purchase. We as developers, don't have access to your payment details. All refunds can be issued by Apple only.
