Most of us recognise that to keep physically fit we need to exercise regularly. We don’t wait until we’re injured to start and if we stop we know our fitness will decline. If our mind is our most important life tool, why don’t we treat it the same way?

No matter the path we choose in life our brain/mind is our greatest tool to help us thrive, yet it’s not something we’re taught how to look after, how it works, or how to optimise so we can give our potential.

At the end of the day score yourself 1-5 on how closely you lived to your core value during the day. This builds our mental wellbeing through self awareness of our thoughts and behaviour, and boosts confidence, to lead a happier, kinder life.

The Pocket Mentor offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
£4.49 per month
£46.99 per year

These prices are for UK customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account Settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.
