為能向澳門長者, 智障人仕及其他有需要人仕提供全面關顧和緊急支援服務，並鼓勵他們活躍參與社會以維持健康社交關係，澳門街坊會聯合總會承辦的澳門"平安通"呼援服務中心將在澳門增設流動緊急呼援服務。新服務目的在於為長者,智障人仕及其他有需要人仕在離開家居環境時仍能獲提供廿四小時無間斷的緊急支援，並藉服務平台將長者,智障人仕及有需要人仕與家人及社會關懷網絡聯繫，以能藉社會的關懷，滿足和回應長者及有需要人仕的各項廹切需要。同時，擬開展的流動緊急呼援服務除可獨立通話及發出緊急求救訊号外、亦附有定位功能，使佩帶者在走失後能透過呼援服務中心確定其位置，從而展開具效率策略性的尋人工作、減少生命受到威脅！
