No express delivery
Always been very satisfied with all my orders and always received them on time. But with my last order there was no express option available...
Disgusting experience
Very disrespectful to their own clients. I didn’t received my order and then they just blocked my account like I am liar (???) and put me in their black list for nothing. I asked about reasons, but nobody texted me back, except bots. Today i’ve been waiting for their message about this situation, but no one responded to me. Terrible customer service, terrible policy (if someone didn’t received their orders, then ASOS just blocking their accounts, seriously?). I had disgusting experience and never coming back, cause ASOS have zero respect to me.

Very good job from the customer care and very good online shop for clothes and another stuff i really like that a lot already spent over 300 dollars and can not stop haha. Thank you, good discounts also.
