Am avut ocazia să mă folosesc de mai multe ori de trotinetele companiei Bolt. Pot menționa că serviciul de închiriere pe care ei îl oferă este unul foarte util și, în cele mai multe cazuri, comod, dar doresc să subliniez câteva neajunsuri care mă deranjează personal.
1. Pentru plata călătoriilor, folosesc întotdeauna cardul de la MAIB. Când doresc să încep o cursă, suma de 90 MDL este extrasă mereu de pe card (pentru o persoană). După încheierea călătoriei, compania Bolt restituie suma de 90 MDL pe card, fără a ține cont de suma reală a călătoriei, dacă aceasta este mai mică de 90 MDL. Acest aspect poate crea confuzie în foarte multe cazuri, deoarece în extrasul băncii apar tranzacții de ieșire și intrare.
2. Am întâmpinat o problemă legată de locul de parcare. Am vrut să închiriez o trotinetă pentru a ajunge la zoo, dar m-am confruntat cu dificultatea de a găsi un loc de parcare pentru trotinetă și am fost nevoit să mă întorc la locul de plecare. Este adevărat că a fost o greșeală din partea mea că nu am verificat inițial dacă exista loc de parcare în destinația aleasă, dar oricum este o experiență neplăcută.
În rest, doresc să spun că este o alternativă destul de bună pentru transportul public, iar eu îmi doresc ca compania Bolt să continue să crească și să facă cât mai comod posibil furnizarea serviciilor lor.
Problem with allowed parking zone
I tried to complete the trip in the green zone but the app can’t did it without charging me a fine for parking outside the green zone in 400 lei (mdl). I was in a hurry but I had to lose 10 minutes until I updated the application and ended up stopping the trip without a penalty. I’ll never use your app anymore.
