Best service to steal your food
I have been using Glovo app for over a year. No questions in regards to maintain the app, but let’s break down with tech support, because this is something else.
At the time it was not possible for me pick up the order, so I left a note for the courier, asking him to leave the food at the door. We work in an office, the door is always open, I pointed out the second floor, you could go up and leave a package there. I always pay for orders in advance using my card. Upon arrival, the courier called me several times, seeing that I did not answer, he simply left with my food.
I contacted their tech support. As soon as the representative saw my confession that yes, I did not go out for the order, he simply closed the chat and asked to evaluate his work. I did not have time to finish my thought and explain that the order should have just been left at the door. In the end, I was left without food and money, no one wanted to spend at least a minute of their time on me, maybe I really don’t understand something, maybe the notes are not for what I assume they are? Whatever, no big deal.
In any case, to anyone who stumbles upon this message, I have an advice.
Always be ready to pick up the order if you pay with your card, because otherwise, Glovo will just take it away, and if you are sure you won’t be able to get it in the moment, pick a cash payment method, this way you will protect yourself.

it's not the first time when I place an order, money is withdrawn from the account, after which I get an error and the money is not refunded
Takeaway option doesn’t work, huge confusion
Ok, so I’m trying to order something, I see a “takeaway “ option and select it, hoping that I can just go and get it myself. Then I see the delivery fee, but brush it off thinking that it’s just a fee and you forgot to rename it. But then I see that after my order is completed, I now have a courier assigned, why? I really triple-checked so it was Takeaway selected, and yet - no difference. Now I’m not even sure if I have to wait for the courier or go there and get it myself. Do something with this part, remove it if it doesn’t work.
