Thank you for choosing our taxi platform, we are glad that our efforts are bringing the positive results we expect.
We will also work on adding the method of leaving tips for drivers, thanks for the suggestion and for the top mark.
Unpleasant experience
The cars are found quickly, the prices are great and the drivers have always been pleasant and nice, guaranteed a nice ride (the second star is only for the appreciation I have for the drivers).
However, the customer support is absolutely unacceptable. I elected the payment by card (I had money in my account) and an operator called me telling me the transaction didn’t work so I had to go pay the driver cash (I do not carry cash with me) so I told you he’s that. I asked them to try ending the ride again, but they refused and started threatening that they would call the police. In the end I added the money on the drivers telephone number. This ordeal wasted a lot of time. And now, I find out they blocked me, after their system did not work and I had to go though all this trouble transferring the money. Very unprofessional.
