Managing your Orange services has never been easier
With My Orange you can check your account balance, add options and services, manage Favourite Numbers, recharge online any Orange account with a bank card and change your tariff plan on the go, wherever you are - with just one click.
There's more to come. We've got a load of extra features planned for My Orange over the coming months, so watch out for updates.
What you need to know:
· the app is available for all Orange Abonament, PrePay and Internet Acum PrePay customers;
· you need a 3G/4G internet connection to successfully authenticate in My Orange;
· once authenticated, you can use any data connection, including Wi-Fi;
· the authentication session is valid 14 days and it will automatically reset for another 14 days every time you open the app using an Orange 3G/4G connection;
· the traffic used to download the app will be charged at your standard rate;
· the traffic used within the app is free, except “Orange Stores” and “Orange Chat” sections;
· when using My Orange in roaming, data traffic will be charged according to your roaming rates and options.

Aplicația My Orange este într-adevăr foarte utilă și comodă, dar unele aspecte ar trecu să fie îmbunătățite pentru o experiență mai bună:
1. Adăugarea barei de meniu în partea de jos - acest lucru va face navigarea mai ușoară prin aplicație, fiindcă glișarea între carduri nu este prea comodă și necesită mai mult timp pentru a ajunge la o anumită secțiune, precum “Utilități”;
2. Optimizarea aplicației - foarte des interfața nu se mișcă fluid și scrie “Se încarcă…” când deschid aplicația sau când accesez o anumită secțiune;
3. Notificări - deși aplicația nu trimite foarte des notificări, aș dori să fie niște configurări pentru a gestiona ce anunțuri vreau să primesc de la My Orange, de exemplu notificările cu promoții sau reduceri sunt irelevante pentru mine.
În general, aplicația e foarte utilă și o recomand pentru instalare!
Can not find the option of public tickets
Where is the option for purchasing tickets for public buses? Looked through the app and couldn't find it.

Bought the digital signature package 10pcs valid 30 days. Used some. But you guys don’t show them in the details of the subscription neither in the activated options.
