Description
The National Plant Monitoring Scheme (NPMS) is a habitat-based plant monitoring scheme designed by BSBI, UKCEH, Plantlife and JNCC. The aim is to collect data to provide an annual indication of changes in plant abundance and diversity.
The Plant Portal is a new website for capturing plant quadrat data. It allows organisations to use the methods developed by the scheme to monitor their own landscapes or areas.
