In recent years, the app has become noticeably more user-friendly. The removal of the need for a second app with a token was a big step forward. However, the app’s functionality continues to lag significantly behind competitors. The main drawback for me is the lack of detailed information on card transactions. It would also be great to have the option to receive push notifications when they are made.

Worst experience ever

Ok, so this is medieval app which you should activate by calling to call center(!?) or going to the bank physically(!?). You need another app, which generates tokens. Without it, you can’t transfer any money. It’s like confirmation or something that adds an extra level of security (headache). For a simple transfer from one otp account to another you need to fill dozens of inputs with personal data, generate token, activate it, dance around you phone, and maybe if app will not crush you will send money. Worst app on the market. Not having an app is better than having this potato. Check another banks if you need good apps without this mockery.

Not the best app

The worst mobile banking app i have seen. Wish i had no need to use it, but unfortunately the company i work for uses this bank. It’s often happens that you see transactions later, not immediately ( the point of an app to see it right away, no? ) Sometimes money dissapear, because there is a transaction you can’t see and you need to talk to the support to understand that something is on hold, since it’s not mentioned in the section where operations should be processed 🥲
