To add animated tags to your stories, follow these steps,
1. Open the Instagram app and create a new story.
2. Open the app and tap on the animated sticker you like.
3. Go back to the instagram app and tap the sticker that appears in the lower left corner.
4. Zoom in or out or reposition the tag on your story.
