Description
The Winching app provides an easy way to calculate loads and stresses on your winch and anchor points using various configurations.
The Winching app calculates the approximate winching effort required based on vehicle weight, surface type, incline angle, and number of damaged wheels. When winching indirectly e.g. using a pulley to redirect the tow cable, the app can also approximate the strain placed on the anchor point, and suggest sling configurations that will support the required load.
