App is useless
I created account, submitted my ID and it just stays freeze. ID was not verified, I can’t repeat the procedure because it says that verification is in progress and it stays like this for more than a month. Tried to delete the account and it takes me to the page to contact support. Wrote a message, submitted and says that page is not found.
If a company can’t make a usable UX and gives me struggles, how can I trust you my money?
