Description
Wisetown Citizens è una app per smartphone attraverso cui segnalare alla propria amministrazione le problematiche della città, siano queste guasti, malfunzionamenti, beni danneggiati e così via. La segnalazione della criticità genera un compito da assegnare al dipartimento dell’amministrazione proposto alla presa in carico e alla risoluzione di quella determinata criticità; inoltre, il sistema integra le segnalazioni provenienti dal portale comunale, ove esistente, e dai canali social.
