Version 2.0

The ABB Infoservice 2.0 application now connects all service departments of ABB Robotics and becomes a key tool for communication with customers.

The new version of the application introduces enhanced features for hotline events, including the option to chat with a service technician for quick support in resolving issues with a robot. During a technician visit, you can track the entire progress of the hotline intervention within the app until it is fully resolved.

Additionally, the application has been improved with a new user interface and optimized performance for a more convenient and faster user experience.
