- If the Acumatica mobile app required the user to use the HTTPS protocol to connect to an Acumatica ERP instance but the user typed in the instance's address by using the HTTP protocol, the following error message was shown when the user tried to perform any action in the Acumatica mobile app: Service error: Application could not handle service response.
