The app connects users with a coach to help them identify the best sound frequency blend to help achieve high performance, healing and enhanced mood. Users are able to play frequencies and communicate with their coach to help meet health goals and increase fitness activity.
The app connects with Health App to keep you updated with your progress with respect to targets set by your coach.
