CVConnect Mobile App is the new avenue for Country View’s homeowners to report defect related issues to Country View Group’s Customer Service Department with just a click of a button.
Customers can check on the progress of their defects rectification anywhere and at any time as long as they have their smartphones with them.
This app is created with the aim of simplifying the process for homeowners to report defects in their properties after handover and throughout the defects liability period. Communication between homeowners and Country View Group has never been easier.
