EatMyRide calculates how much you need and creates a planning with the products of your choice. When you have planned your workout EatMyRide also gives you advice what to eat before and after the exercise.


GET REALTIME INSIGHTS ON YOUR GARMIN

The nutrition plan can be synced to your Garmin device to get realtime notifications during the workout. If you want to know your carb burn and intake in realtime you can use the carbohydrate Burn / Intake Balancer on your Garmin.
