It is ok, but….
I experienced a very unpleasant situation for myself when I ordered a van class car. My order took a low quality car with zero trips, and the app does not provide refund or replacements for the car. Dear developers, if you automatically select a car for the user, please give the opportunity to change the car, even with an additional payment, because now I can neither cancel the order nor change the car.
