MyDriveTime is an online and in-car ADI software tool that helps you manage your diary, students and money, so you spend less time on admin and more time teaching.
This is the in-car Companion App, designed for use during the day between lessons. Download your records to the app, work with them offline, then sync your changes back to the Cloud when you get home. Use the app alongside the powerful website tools to revolutionise the way you manage your admin.
The MyDriveTime STUDENTS module stores everything you need to know about your students. Instantly access their profile, learning progress, test attempts and lesson history. Effortlessly track money paid, lessons delivered and any pre-paid time remaining. Integration with Diary and Money ensures your full student record is always at your fingertips.
The MyDriveTime DIARY module is perfect for ADI time management. It handles single and recurring bookings with ease, updating the Student record dynamically and prompting you to complete lessons records. The Diary includes both personal and work time, helping you manage your work-life balance in one place.
The MyDriveTime MONEY module ensures you always have a clear picture of your finances. Record your lesson income and track your expenses as they occur. Combine the two for the preparation of your accounts, ensuring that your tax return is painless, accurate and complete.
