Take control of your projects and tasks using a straightforward and proven methodology
Key features:
• Create projects for the tasks that require more than one physical action
• Use the Focus list to show only your most prioritized tasks
• Clear your Focus list or your Next action list if you are feeling overwhelmed, and only add back the tasks that you really want to focus on
• Add tags to your tasks based on the context required to complete them
You can also:
• Create recurring tasks and reminders
• Sort your tasks from within any view, so that you can easily prioritize and decide what to do next
• Defer tasks that you don't want to focus on until later - using the Someday list, and/or a defer date
• Sync your tasks securely across all your Apple devices using iCloud
