Roomster is a trusted name for people to post & search flatmates, flat shares and spare rooms around the world with other like-minded individuals. Roomster connects people at all price points in 192 countries.

Roomster is a very easy to use app. Not complicated at all. Once downloaded, you tell us what you are looking for and we provide you access to an every growing list of spare rooms and Flatmates. There are 4 steps and that's it.

1. Create an account using your phone number
2. Validate your account.
3. Tell us what you are looking for.
4. Send messages to people you think would be good to live with.

Any Questions? We have 24/7 customer service on the app with a chat feature provided by Intercom. There is always a live person available, when times are busy a representative will get back to you at the earliest chance.

In many ways Roomster is like dating for Flatmates, and much like those apps, Roomster is a freemium service and we charge for communication between users. Your iTunes account will be charged at confirmation of your purchase and will automatically renew for the same price and duration period as the original package. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on the device. If you haven’t subscribed via iTunes, you can manage your subscription through Roomster.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Your safety & security is our top priority! In this latest update, we’ve rolled out several important enhancements to keep your Roomster experience safe and secure:
Exclusive new Features: To further enhance security, certain features are now exclusively available to users who complete ID check & address check. We believe that users who are unable to complete & pass ID check & address check should not be on the platform. This is the first live version of this new initiative. We will continue to expand & adjust the rules of this new on platform integration in the upcoming days.
We have also introduced new languages on this build.
General Security Updates: We’ve also made under-the-hood improvements to strengthen the app’s security infrastructure, protecting your data and ensuring a safer experience.
