Offline access to the Trail Notes, Maps, Alerts and Track Status reports for Te Araroa, New Zealand's long distance trail
Te Araroa Notes and Maps downloads the official Trail Notes, Maps and Alerts to your phone so you have complete access even when out of Internet range. A simple user-controlled update process keeps you up-to-date with Note and Alert changes on the website. Includes full southbound notes. The map display uses gps location to mark your current position on the trail.
Te Araroa Notes and Maps is not a substitute for trail support apps that may provide other detailed map-based information. If this app is useful to you and may be useful to others please consider giving it a rating or a review

New in version 5.5.2. Prepare app for replacement of Northland Forest maps 11, 12 and 13 to correct km numbers on Puketi bypass track
New in version 5.5.1 Corrections to errors in track segment sequence for some sections. As this is a change to data stored in the app all trail sections will request a new download.
New in version 5.4.1 Changes to section grouping within regions. This is to align with an update to the Trail Notes section structure on the Te Araroa website. After installing this update all Trail Notes will require download.
