They block Russians even with residence permits
They don’t care that we left Russia and all, they just block you
be careful with this company they are scammers
blocked the account after trying to withdraw their money, a month has passed, the issue has not been resolved, the support service has stopped responding, the indicated phones are not working, the offices indicated on the site do not exist, they simply accept money and block the account for no reason. I provide ticket numbers, and my appeals: (3313151) 31.03.2023 (3305517) 29.03.2023 (3277670) 14.03.2023 (3276426) 13.03.2023 (3274905) 13.03.2023 my money 3028€ has not yet been returned, and they haven’t answered me for the second week, I have an account statement that confirms that my money 3028€ is still in the account, I can provide all the evidence.
