With Wod Blocks you can time your functional fitness and cross training workouts from start to finish, without ever stopping to setup your timer.

Include EMOM, AMRAP, For Time and TABATA blocks and also Rest time in between to build your workout. After you're done every workout is logged so you can score and keep track of what you've done and check your progress over time.

It's never been easier to share your workout with others. With just a link anyone can view and do the same workout and compare results.
