CEDA and CSIRO’s National Artificial Intelligence Centre are partnering to present a flagship Summit, convening leading voices on how AI can be leveraged in a positive and inclusive way to transform industries and advance the Australian economy. Focused on leadership, the Summit will outline how leaders can position their organisations, and Australia more broadly to enable the take up of responsible AI at scale. Featuring a compelling line-up of Australian and international thought leaders, the program includes keynotes, panel discussions, AI demonstrations, fireside chats, deep-dive breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. The Summit will inform, empower and connect executives, board members, government officials, entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders looking to advance their knowledge of the global AI landscape. CSIRO and Data61 forecast that AI benefits are projected to contribute a staggering $22.17 trillion to the global economy by 2030 with Australia potentially boosting its economy by $315 billion by 2028 through digital technologies. Additionally, research published by Microsoft and the Tech Council of Australia suggests AI adoption could augment up to 44% of tasks undertaken by Australian workers, create a $30-50 billion Asia-Pacific market in healthcare innovation, and boost farm-gate value of agriculture by $20 billion.
