When facing a challenging decision there will be always be different views of the forces arguing for the status quo and those seeking change. Force field analysis is a good way of detailing and debating these different forces.
In Decision Force Field you can quickly brainstorm the drivers and barriers facing the decision and, optionally, score them, creating a great visual summary of the discussion.
