SleepFlex was developed by medical experts to treat obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. It is based on scientific research on the causes of obstructive sleep apnea and snoring as well as research on head and neck exercises. This patented program is designed for the app to be used in combination with the SleepFlex devices that have been designed and tested specifically for the SleepFlex program.
