1.0.13 Bug Fix Update!

Fixed several more bugs:
- Fixed bug where highlights on the EndScreen wouldn't play.
- Fixed bug in co-op mode where retrying to submit your turn after a connection problem could break cooperative games.
- Fixed bug where book location during highlights could break.
- Fixed potential crash when starting/stopping highlights recording.
- Fixed error where the dictionary screen could break and error out if a strangely formatted definition was given.
- Fixed error where getting a mangled co-operative state could cause the highlights tab to be placed infront of everything.
- Removed unused 'Past Highlights' button on highlights tab.
- Potentially fixed crash when recording debug logs.
- Fixed bug where you could share the previous highlight while a new highlight was recording.
- Fixed bug from the previous build where exiting an in-progress game after moving just one tile could glitch game.
- Fixed bug where the letter displayed for Simple Simon's next upgrade was wrong.
- Made highlight saving loading icon spin in the correct direction.
