我行广大村镇客户（含借记卡)可通过中成村镇银行客户端、网上银行和银行柜面完成签约中成村镇银行业务，其中通过中成村镇银行客户端签约移动银行业务的账户，不能使用动账类交易，若需要使用动账类交易，可通过网银或柜面进行升级。
