功能简介：
1、监管单位建立单位档案（监管单位、维保单位、使用单位）
2、监管单位为各单位建立默认的管理员用户账号
3、监管单位在使用单位下建立电梯档案
4、各单位管理员，可分配各自的登录账号，比如维保单位为维保员分配账号密码
5、维保单位文员，创建维保合同记录，并选择电梯档案加入到合同中，并可以在合同里打印含二维码的维保标志
6、维保员扫描二维码进行保养，第二位维保员点击参与保养，与第一位维保员一起保养电梯，保养完成后签字，可让使用单位签字确认
7、维保单位可在电脑端录入故障信息（手机端也可以录入），系统自动提醒信息接收人及维修员
8、相关维修人员现场签到，填写维修信息，签字，完成后可让使用单位签字确认
9、维保单位文员可录入劳动合同、操作证等信息，监管单位可进行审核
10、使用单位也可登录系统，登录手机端APP的话，可进行保养单、故障单的签字确认
11、各县区监管单位也可登录系统，并查看相关的业务数据
