BinBin is an electric scooter rental platform that makes short distance trips fun as an alternative means of economical transportation. BinBin offers an eco-friendly, practical and high performance riding experience while reducing air pollution.
Ready for a ride? Let's go!
1) Download the App and register - don't forget to enter your payment details.
2) Find the nearest BinBin on the map via the App.
3) Scan the QR code on BinBin and start your ride.
4) Speed up BinBin with the support of your foot and start driving by using the throttle.
5) Leave the traffic behind, but keep the traffic rules in mind. Be mindful of pedestrians and vehicles.
6) When you reach your destination, make sure you find a safe parking spot to park BinBin. Don't forget to check the parking spots on the map.
7) If everything looks good, take a photo of the parked BinBin via the App and finish your ride.

Totally desperate and disppointing expirience
I definitely do not recommend it. Plenty of disadvantages, in which, application with bugs and scams, problems with ending routes and credits refill and worst of all, miserable customer service! I tried to top up my wallet with 500mkd, it replyed to me unseccessful transaction (in the app), but the money were still transferred. I contacted them three times and the only response I got after more than 24 hours from the customers support team, was the pricelist and information how much do I have in my wallet, which was absolutely nothing related with my problem. Long story short, when you see binbin scooter, better run to your destination, instead of use this moveable fraud! :) P.S. I wrote an email to that one mentioned in every bad review, which is an automessage, and this was the epilogue. All the best everyone! :)

couldn’t end ride - charged extra money
I tried to park it, it was giving me msg. that it’s in the forbidden zone (which was not) - It was on a parking place. I was riding it around for extra 10 min. trying to park it in allowed areas, so that I could emd the ride. I found places where other scoters were parked, and placed it litteraly next to other bin-bin scooters, and it kept saying it’s forbiden to park.
I was restarting the app several times, and lost 30min, while it was still charging me money. At the end the app crushed, and an error appeared that is disconected from the server.
I got late to the event, far from the place that I needed to be because I was riding around finding “allowed areas” for parking in the Central Park of Skopje.
Total disaster…
I had to top up my balance bcs I had a debt.
The idea is great, but too many errors. Sometimes scouters stop working, dont ride, or brakes are broken. It’s a matter of luck riding these bin-bins…

Very unreliable app and very expensive service
After clicking end ride I was met with multiple undescribed errors. Just a generic error happened message with no explanation why. This is not something you want happening when youre dealing with money especially when its charging you so much by the minute and if the ride didnt end and I noticed too late i couldve been in trouble. Luckily the ride ended and I wasnt charged too much. Just the extra minute required for me to go through the end ride process again. Safe to say I will not be using this again.
