Do not play their games, they’re scammers!

I have been playing this game for years, have spent lots of money. I encountered a glitch and I had to contact support. They applied a “manual fix” on my game which fixed the issue but also removed all my gold and diamonds I had save and both through the years of playing. I took them over a week and that was the resolution I received.

I will be looking for refunds on all my unspent gem purchases. Never again will I play or recommend a game from Jam City. Atrocious and disgusting, blatant robbery.

Pretty fun!! But..

This game is so fun but its so hard to make money!!
