使用该客户端的人员主要为：普通用车人、审核员、调度员，每种角色根据权限不同可以使用各自的业务功能。
该客户端包含以下功能：
（1）注册与登陆：支持用户手机号注册，口令密码登陆。
（2）用车申请、审核：通过手机APP申请、审核、调度派车。支持申请本单位保留车辆；支持申请社会化租赁公司车辆；支持申请省、市、县公务用车服务中心车辆。
（3）车辆维保申请、审核：通过手机APP实现车辆维修保养申请、审核。
（4）调度管理：通过手机APP实现车辆的调度派车，选择相匹配的网点、车辆、驾驶员，完成调度派车。
（5）订单状态查询：通过手机APP实现订单状态查询，订单状态包括审核状态、派车状态、执行状态和完成状态；提供每个状态下订单详细信息查看功能。
